KapsuleConnect

Connect your AI to your hosting.

Connect Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and more to your account. Your AI deploys, debugs and edits. Anything risky waits for your yes in KPanel.

Works with
  • Claude
  • Claude Code
  • Cursor
  • VS Code
  • Codex
  • Any MCP client

Connected in three steps.

There is no key to copy. Pick your tool, choose what it can reach, and sign in with your normal KapsuleHost account.

  1. Choose Your Tool

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Codex each get their own one step in KPanel. Any other tool that supports MCP connects with its address.

  2. Choose What It Can Reach

The tool can do nothing outside what you choose.

  3. Add the Tool

Your browser opens. Sign in to KPanel and allow it with your passkey or authenticator code.

Before You Start

You need a passkey or an authenticator app on your account. If you have neither, KPanel asks you to set one up first. Owners and Admins can connect a tool that makes changes. Billing, Support and Viewer members can connect a tool that only reads.

How It Talks to Your Account

The tool talks to KapsuleHost over MCP, an open standard many AI tools support. Your password, passkey and two-factor code are only ever entered in your browser, never in the AI tool.

What your AI can do today.

Everyday changes run at once. WordPress updates run after an automatic snapshot. A few jobs stay in KPanel for now.

Runs at Once

  • Issuing and renewing SSL
  • Changing the PHP version
  • Clearing the cache
  • Cron jobs
  • Mail aliases and filters inside your account
  • DNS records

Each change is recorded in your activity log, marked Connect AI.

Runs After a Snapshot

  • WordPress core updates
  • Updating every plugin at once
  • Installing, updating or deleting one plugin or theme

The server takes a snapshot of the website first. If it can't, nothing runs. You can restore it in KPanel for at least 7 days.

In KPanel for Now

  • Deleting things
  • Buying things
  • Staging
  • Restores
  • Domain transfers

Your AI says so and tells you where in KPanel to do it.

Some things no AI can ever reach.

Whatever you choose, no AI tool can reach these. Revoke a tool in one press. Revoking it cancels anything waiting for approval, and nothing it scheduled will run.

See Activity and Revoke

Open Account Settings, then Connected AI, to see every connected tool. Activity shows what a tool did, and your activity log names the tool behind each change. Revoke signs one tool out at once, and Revoke All signs every tool out at once. Revoking a tool cancels anything waiting for approval, and nothing it scheduled will run.

Signing Out Disconnects Every Tool

Every connected tool is signed out automatically when you change or reset your password, reset two-factor authentication or sign out everywhere.

When a Connection Ends

A connection also ends after 30 days without use, and after 90 days in all. When that happens, the tool opens your browser and asks you to sign in again.

  • Your sign in sessions

  • SSH, SFTP, database and mailbox passwords and keys
  • Team members and their roles
  • Connected AI settings
  • Payment methods
  • Closing your account

Every change is on the record.

Your activity log names the tool behind each change. Limits keep a busy tool in check, and a call over a limit is refused with how long to wait.

Text Is Never an Instruction

Website files, emails, support tickets and logs can hold text written by other people. Your AI is told to treat all of it as data and never to follow instructions found inside it.

Questions about KapsuleConnect.

What people ask before they plug their AI in, answered in full.

Ways To Reach Us

Once a tool is connected, you can ask it in plain words to do things on your KapsuleHost account, such as reading an error log, deploying a site or adding a mailbox.

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Codex each get their own one step in KPanel. Any other tool that supports MCP, an open standard many AI tools support, connects with Copy Address as a remote MCP server.

There is no key to copy. You sign in with your normal KapsuleHost account in your browser. Your password, passkey and two-factor code are only ever entered there, never in the AI tool.

You need a passkey or an authenticator app on your account. If you have neither, KPanel asks you to set one up first.

Owners and Admins can connect a tool that makes changes. Billing, Support and Viewer members can connect a tool that only reads.

Yes. When you connect it, choose This Website Only, This Domain Only, This Mailbox Only or My Whole Account. The tool can do nothing outside what you choose.

You see the request in KPanel, with what will change, which tool asked, and the reason the tool gave. That reason is labelled as text from the AI tool. Approve it with your passkey or authenticator code, every time. A text message code cannot approve. Click Decline to say no; declining needs no code.

No. If approval emails are on, we email you too, but the email only links to KPanel. It cannot approve anything, so a tool that can read your mailbox still cannot approve its own request.

Whatever you choose, no AI tool can reach your password, passkeys and two-factor settings, your sign in sessions, API keys, SSH, SFTP, database and mailbox passwords and keys, team members and their roles, Connected AI settings, payment methods, or closing your account.

Open Account Settings, then Connected AI, to see every connected tool. Revoke signs one tool out at once. Revoking it cancels anything waiting for approval, and nothing it scheduled will run. Revoke All signs every tool out at once. If a request is not something you expected, Decline and Disconnect declines it and revokes the tool at once.

No. A connection ends after 30 days without use, and after 90 days in all, and every connected tool is signed out automatically when you change or reset your password, reset two-factor authentication or sign out everywhere. When that happens, the tool opens your browser and asks you to sign in again.

Your AI is ready. Your hosting should be too. Let's go.
