- How long does it take to arrive?
- A person takes a machine out of the rack and prepares it for you by hand. The panel shows which of the five stages your order is on the whole way through, and an email arrives the moment it is ready to log in to.
- Can somebody put a screen on the machine for me?
- Yes. Ask for a physical console from the panel and a technician attaches one to your machine. It is raised as a real ticket with a reference, so you can follow it like anything else.
- Can I give somebody a read only view?
- Yes. A read only role sees the whole machine and every control on it, so a colleague or a contractor can check on things while the controls stay in your hands.
- Do I get root?
- Yes, and the hardware underneath it. Your own kernel, your own filesystem layout, your own everything. You can rename the machine whenever you like and the address you reach it at stays the same.
- What if I would rather not run it myself?
