Every promise on this site is written into your contract.

The commitments below are what we tell you everywhere else on this site. Each one shows the clause that carries it, and any row will open to show you the contract's own words, read straight out of the published Terms.

9 of the 11 carry a numbered clause you can hold us to. The rest are commitments we make and keep.

How this page works

The clauses quoted here are read from the contract itself.

Open a row above and the words that appear are pulled out of the published Terms of Service as the page renders. They are the contract's own sentences, so the promise and the document behind it stay in step by construction rather than by somebody remembering to update both.

  • Every quotation is read from the published Terms at the moment the page loads.
  • Every clause number links to the clause it names, at its own anchor.
  • Every promise made elsewhere on this site appears in the record above.
Questions

What people ask about the record.

Where does the wording in the table come from?
It is read out of the published Terms of Service as the page renders, so what you see quoted is the contract's own sentence and it moves the moment the contract does.
What does Our commitment mean on a row?
It means we make and keep that promise as a matter of how we run the company, and it lets you see at a glance which rows a numbered clause carries.
Does the price lock apply to me?
It applies for as long as your subscription runs continuously, on the plan you bought. Clause 7.5 carries the full wording and it opens straight from the table above.
What are the fair use numbers?
20 TB of bandwidth, 500 GB of storage and 500 active mailboxes per account, published at clause 4.7, and we email you on the day you reach one.
Who do I talk to about one of these promises?
Write to the support desk. Kora answers immediately in the panel, one of our own team replies within 4 business hours, and anything we confirm gets put right.

Read the contract before you buy.

The whole agreement is published on this site, clause by clause and anchored, and it says the same things this page does.
