Start on the tier your portfolio fits inside today, and move up from the panel the day it grows.

Your price stays the price for as long as you stay with us.

Concierge Pro and Concierge Scale add a monthly catch up call with your account manager.

An engineering hour beyond your monthly allowance is US$132, quoted in your own currency and agreed with you before the work starts.

Always included

All six of these are inside the monthly price.

Every Concierge tier carries the lot from your first day: the move in, the monitoring, the reporting, the audits, the incident write ups and the account manager are all part of the figure above.

  • An account manager you know by name

One person owns your account, and their name, email address and phone number sit at the top of your panel. They introduce themselves within 4 business hours and they stay yours.

  • Every site watched every sixty seconds

A check runs against each of your sites every sixty seconds, through the night and over the weekend, and an engineer is alerted the moment one of them needs a hand.

  • A written report every Monday

On Monday morning you get one page covering every site you have with us: uptime to two decimal places, the updates that went on during the week, and how your backups and certificates are doing.

  • A full audit every quarter

At the start of each quarter your account manager writes you a performance, security and search review of the sites we look after, with the work we are taking on next.

  • A written account of every incident

Anything that interrupts one of your sites is written up for you inside twenty four hours, with the root cause, what we did about it, and the change we made so it stays fixed.

  • A shared channel with the people doing the work

Your account manager, your engineers and your own team share one channel, so a question goes straight to somebody who already knows how your sites are put together.

Your first fortnight

Fourteen days, fourteen tasks, and a name against every one.

The programme appears in your panel the moment you sign up and it runs the same way every time. By day fourteen your sites are here, tuned, hardened, watched around the clock and handed back to you with a runbook you keep.

When you need somebody

Somebody answers, and they already know your setup.

Kora reads your logs, your configuration and your recent changes before it says a word, so the first answer you get names your own sites.

  • Kora answers the moment you ask

Ask on any page in the panel, at any hour of any day, and the answer comes back straight away with your own sites in it.

  • A person takes it from there

When a request needs somebody who can change your configuration, one of our engineers picks it up inside 4 business hours, and your panel shows you exactly where it has got to.

The target we publish is measured against the reply from a person, so a person always follows.

Business hours run from 09:00 to 18:00, New Zealand time, Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Getting started

Choosing a plan takes about a minute.

You pick a tier by the number of sites you want us to look after, you sign up and pay monthly, and everything after that is ours to arrange.

  1. Count your sites

Concierge Start covers three sites, Concierge Pro covers ten and Concierge Scale covers twenty five. Pick the tier your portfolio fits inside today, and move up from the panel the day it grows.

  2. Sign up and pay monthly

Choose a tier above and you arrive at signup with it already selected. Billing is monthly in your own currency, and the price you sign at is the price you keep for as long as you stay with us.

  3. Meet your account manager

A named account manager is put on your account and introduces themselves within 4 business hours, with their email address, their phone number and your shared channel.

  4. Watch the fortnight tick off

Your fourteen day programme appears in the panel the same day. Every task carries an owner and a tick, so you can see precisely where the work has got to.

And afterwards it is all on one screen

The Managed page in your panel holds your account manager, the onboarding checklist, every Monday report, every quarterly audit, every incident write up and every engineering hour we have logged for you. That is the whole engagement in one place, and you can read all of it whenever you like.

What managed hosting means, in plain words

Think of managed hosting as handing somebody the keys to a building you own. The building stays yours, every key stays yours, and a caretaker who knows the place looks after it: they keep the lights on, they check the doors every minute, they fix what wears out, and they write to you every Monday to tell you how it is doing. Your sites run on our platform, and a named account manager and a team of engineers do the daily work of keeping them fast, safe and up.

Questions

Good questions, answered.

What do I actually get for the monthly price?
You get a named account manager, a team of engineers who know your setup, a check on every site every sixty seconds, a written report every Monday, a full performance and security audit every quarter, a written account of any incident inside twenty four hours, and a shared channel with the people doing the work. The fourteen day programme that moves your sites in is part of the price as well.
Will you move my sites across for me?
Yes, and the whole move is inside the monthly price. Week one plans the move and the rollback in writing, week two runs it in a window you agree, and every site is tested against the copy we took before anything moved.
What if I need more engineering time than my tier includes?
Concierge Pro includes two engineering hours a month and Concierge Scale includes eight. Beyond that an hour is US$132, agreed with you before the work starts and logged in the panel where you can see every one. Concierge Start buys you the team and the programme, and engineering work is added by the hour whenever you want it.
Can I change tier later?
Any time, from the panel. Your sites stay exactly where they are and the larger allowance appears on your account the same day.
What happens when something goes wrong at two in the morning?
Kora answers the moment you ask, at any hour, and it has already read what your sites are doing. When a person is needed, one of our engineers takes it over inside 4 business hours, and you get a written account of what happened, with the root cause and the fix.

Hand it over this week.

Your account manager is introduced within 4 business hours of signup, and the fourteen day programme starts the same week.
