Email abuse@kapsulecloud.com with a description of the incident, relevant URLs, IP addresses, and any supporting evidence. We respond to all reports within 24 hours on business days.
What to report
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email originating from our IP ranges
- Phishing pages or credential-harvesting sites hosted on our platform
- Malware distribution, botnet command and control, or other malicious content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): reported immediately to the NZ Department of Internal Affairs
- Copyright infringement (DMCA / NZ Copyright Act 1994)
- Illegal content under New Zealand or international law
- Denial-of-service attacks launched from our network
- Other violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
Security vulnerabilities
To report a security vulnerability in KapsuleHost infrastructure or applications, email security@kapsulecloud.com. Please include a description of the issue and steps to reproduce. We follow responsible disclosure and will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
