The record

Two of these promises had no clause behind them. Both are marked.

A trust page that only lists things going well is an advertisement. This one lists every promise the site makes, the clause that makes it enforceable, and the two that are a commitment and nothing more.

What this site published that its own documents contradicted.

Every entry was live on kapsulehost.com on the morning of 11 August 2026. Each one is checkable against the document it names, which is the only reason publishing it is worth anything.

You would be right to ask

Where is the incident history?

There is none, and a page called transparency with no incidents on it is exactly the kind of thing a marketing department produces. Any host that has been running for a decade has a list.

The honest answer

There is nothing to publish, and that is a statement about our age.

It is not a statement about how well tested we are, and we are not going to dress it up as one. What is publishable today is the register above: things this site said that were wrong, with dates. When there is an incident, it goes here with what happened, who it affected and what changed, and the availability targets and the credits for missing them are already written down at clause 2 of the Service Level Agreement.
