Not an answer. An action.
Kora is the assistant inside your control panel. It holds 591 tools across 17 areas of your account, from moving a site to fixing a mail record, and it asks you before it changes anything.
Sites (84)
Everything about a website that is not the code: staging copies, PHP version, cron jobs, logs, redirects, cache, access rules and the firewall in front of it.
Before it acts
106 of 591Kora has worked out what to do and is asking first. Nothing happens until you say so.
The state before the change is recorded, so it can be put back.
An assistant with write access is only as good as its brakes.
These four figures come out of the same census as the wall above, counted against the registry the application actually loads rather than tallied by hand.
106
Tools that need your confirmation
Out of 591. Kora shows you what it is about to do and waits, rather than doing it and telling you.
32
Marked destructive
The subset where something goes away. They sit behind the same confirmation, and the state before the change is recorded.
4
Tools it refuses outright
The ones that would spend your money. Kora declines and hands the job to a person, every time.

Actions a day, per account
A ceiling on doing, not on asking. Questions are not metered for a signed-in customer.
Two things worth asking, and one thing we will say first.
Is this just search with a friendly voice?
No. Search finds you an article about changing a PHP version; these 591 tools change it. That is the whole difference, and it is why the wall above is a count of tools rather than a count of topics.
Can it spend my money?
No. 4 tools would, and Kora is not allowed to run any of them. It declines and opens a ticket instead. Here they are by name:
It can be wrong.
Kora is an AI assistant and its answers may occasionally be inaccurate. That is the notice the product itself shows you the first time you open it, and it is the reason the confirmation step exists rather than a reason to hide the count.
When it is not enough: Kora answers immediately. If a person needs to be involved, within 4 business hours. A Kora answer only counts as the reply if it actually resolved the thing. Otherwise the clock is still running on a person.
Already in the panel. Nothing to add, nothing to buy.
Kora is not a plan and there is nothing to switch on. It is in the control panel on every plan we sell, it opens beside whatever you are looking at, and it already knows which site you are on.
Questions are not metered for a signed-in customer. What is capped is how much it may do in a day, which is the number above.
