  • 99.9% uptime, backed by service credits
  • Daily off-site backups, kept 30 days

Free for the first 30 days. The uptime SLA starts with your first paid month.

Speed

Your page is already there.

A visitor makes up their mind in the first second. On the sites we host, that first second is the finished page.

Performance score

100out of 100

Lighthouse mobile, median of three runs, on a WordPress site we host. Measured 12 August 2026.

  • NVMe storage under every site
  • A CDN on every plan, never an add on
  • Caching on by default, not an upsell
Email

Could we add two more to the Saturday delivery, and make one of them white? Happy to pay on the day.

You never touch a DNS record. The part that decides whether your mail arrives is finished before you send the first one.

Protection

Stopped before it reaches your site

A firewall in front of every site, and a certificate issued the moment your site is provisioned, then renewed automatically. Neither is gated by plan.

Malware scanning is WordPress specific. It checks your installation against a public WordPress vulnerability database. The firewall and the certificate cover everything you host.

When something breaks

Two in the morning, and someone answers

Most things are settled the moment you ask, at any hour. If yours is not, a person takes it over inside a window we are held to.

02:14It breaksCheckout stops taking payments, on a Sunday night, with nobody awake.
02:14Sorted, same minuteKora reads what your site is actually doing and comes back with the fix, not a help article. Most of the time that is the end of it.
Kora

Your site hit its PHP memory limit at 02:11. Raise it here and checkout takes payments again.

Within four business hoursIf it needs a personOnly when the answer has not settled it. One hour if you are on Care Pro.

The four business hour window is written into your plan, not a best effort. We say business hours because we will not pretend a person is awake at two in the morning. Kora is.

Backups

Last night's copy is already off the machine

Every active site is copied every night, on every plan, and the copy is kept away from the server it came from. Thirty nights, free.

Moving in

Your site stays up while we build the new one.

We copy your site, your mailboxes and your DNS onto our platform while your old host keeps serving your visitors. Nothing switches over until you have looked at the copy and approved it.

Before you compare

Seven things we do, and one we deliberately skip.

Every line in our column is in our terms, our fair use policy, or on the plan page. The other column describes common practice, not a company.

Our plans
Common practice
The price you sign up at is the price you renew atClause 7.5 of our terms, for as long as your subscription stays active.
A cheaper price for the first yearWe run no introductory rate, so on day one ours is the quieter offer. In year three it is the same figure.
We move your existing site across for you, free, on any planNever sold as an extra, and nothing switches over until you approve it.
Nightly backups of every site, kept for thirty daysAutomatic, copied off site, and not gated behind a bigger plan.
Mailboxes on your own domain, included with the planFive on the entry plan, one hundred on Scale, ten GB each.
An answer immediately, at any hourKora answers in the panel straight away. A person replies within four business hours.
Applications that install themselvesForty three of our fifty eight applications install in one click.
The real limit is published before you buy, as a figureOur allowances are on the plan page. Our fair use thresholds are written out: twenty terabytes a month, five hundred GB, five hundred active mailboxes. Unlimited is a word, and its real figure turns up later.

The right hand column is our own description of what is common in shared hosting, written on 12 August 2026. It names no company, and we have not audited anyone else's current terms, so read them yourself before you decide. Read our fair use policy

Price lock

Locked at signup, for as long as you stay.

An introductory rate that jumps at renewal is normal in this industry. Ours cannot jump, because the contract does not let it.

Terms of Service, clause 7.5
The Fee applicable to your Plan at the time you subscribe is locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. Provided your subscription remains active and you do not change to a different Plan, we will not increase the Fee you pay, even if we increase Fees for new subscribers.
Clause 7.4: any change to published fees takes 30 days notice and applies only from renewal.

The rising line is the shape of a common pattern, not any one provider's figures. That is why it carries no prices, and why nobody is named.

Plans

Pick a size. Keep the price.

Mailboxes, nightly backups, the certificate and the CDN are on all four. The only thing that changes is how much room you get, and every figure below is one you can hold us to.

  • 500 GB storage
  • 20 TB traffic a month
  • 500 mailboxes

Websites have no set limit. The other three are published fair use thresholds, not meters.

Choose Cloud Power

The limit is published. So is what happens at it.

  1. Twenty terabytes of traffic a month, five hundred GB of storage, five hundred active mailboxes.
  2. Cross one and we email you that day with your usage so far and the projected month end.
  3. Two options: a metered plan above the threshold, or free help with caching, which usually removes eighty to ninety five percent of it.
  4. Nothing else happens. We do not throttle quietly, and we do not bill you for last month.

Start on the smallest one. Move up the day you outgrow it.
