Our promise

The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.

It is written into our Terms of Service and it is enforced in the billing code: your renewal charges the figure locked to your subscription on the day you started, so when a price in our catalogue moves it moves for new customers and you keep the price you signed up at.

The Fee applicable to your Plan at the time you subscribe is locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. Provided your subscription remains active and you do not change to a different Plan, we will not increase the Fee you pay, even if we increase Fees for new subscribers.

Thirty days to change your mind

Every web hosting plan carries a thirty day money back guarantee on your first payment. Ask us within thirty days of that invoice and we return it in full.

Forty eight hours to send a server back

Reserve a cloud, GPU or dedicated server and you have forty eight hours from the fulfilment email to cancel it for a full refund.

Pay for a year and pay less

Every plan we sell by the year costs between 17 and 22 percent less than paying for it twelve times.

What happens in the 30 free days?
You get our Start web hosting plan in full for 30 days, with the certificate, the mailboxes, the backups and the CDN all working from the first minute. On the last day your plan simply begins at the price shown on this page, and you can change plan or stop at any time from the panel.
Can my price go up?
The price you sign up at is locked for as long as you stay subscribed to that plan. It is written into our Terms of Service and it is enforced in the billing code, which charges a figure locked to your subscription rather than whatever the catalogue says today.
What about tax?
Every price on this page is shown before tax. Any tax that applies to your account is shown on its own line at checkout and inside the total you approve, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay. Your account currency is what decides which tax applies.
Is a year cheaper than paying monthly?
Yes, on every plan we sell by the year. Choose yearly at checkout and you pay less than twelve monthly payments come to. Servers are billed by the month.
Can you move my existing site here?
Yes, on any plan, free. The tools bring your files, your database and your mailboxes across while your current site carries on serving visitors, and you press the switch yourself once you are happy with what you see. If you would rather a person did the whole thing for you, that is on the list above at a published price.
Who answers if I need help?
Kora answers immediately, on any page in the panel, at any hour. If a person needs to be involved, one replies within 4 business hours, and within 1 hour on Care Pro.
