Look for an arm64 or aarch64 build on each dependency's release page, and a linux/arm64 image for each Docker image. We do not emulate x86, so if one critical piece has no ARM build, choose Standard.

Yes, on every size, with your own SSH keys from the first boot. Snapshots and a rebuild sit in the panel beside it.

Adding SSH Keys (opens in a new tab)

Most likely. Linux, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP, Ruby, Java, Docker, nginx, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis all run natively on ARM. We do not emulate x86, so software with no ARM build will not run. Check each dependency for an arm64 build and each Docker image for a linux/arm64 image; if one critical piece has none, choose Standard.

The one closest to the people who use your server: speed is decided by distance, not by where your business is registered. Each size shows where it runs, and your server stays in the location you pick.

Regions and Availability (opens in a new tab)

Yes. Moving up happens straight away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, and your disk stays the size it already is. Your data and IP addresses stay where they are. Moving between processor families means ordering a new server and moving across.

Resizing Your Server (opens in a new tab)

Backups are a paid add-on for any server: choose them when you pick your size, and their price shows beside it. With them, your server is copied to encrypted off-site storage once a day, and each copy is kept for 30 days. Take an extra backup or restore one at any time from the server's page in KPanel, and take a snapshot, billed per GB, before any change you might want to undo.

Pay monthly, or for one or two years at a lower monthly price, with the saving shown beside each term. You can cancel any service at any time in KPanel, and the Refund Policy sets out what is refunded for a prepaid term.

Yes. A switched-off server is still charged at its full price until you delete it, and we never stop charging for it or delete it automatically. When you no longer need a server, delete it in KPanel.

Traffic is unlimited on every size, so your bill stays the same however much you transfer. The Acceptable Use Policy applies, as it does to everything we host.
