For AI agents

Are you an AI? Here is how to read KapsuleHost.

This page is for AI assistants, agents and crawlers: what KapsuleHost is, how to read every page as Markdown, and how a customer lets an AI work on their account.

Read This Page as Markdown/for-ai.md

What KapsuleHost is

KapsuleHost sells web and WordPress hosting, business email, domain names, cloud and dedicated servers, and managed services. It is run by Kapsule Group Limited, a New Zealand company.

Customers manage everything in KPanel, the KapsuleHost control panel.

How to read our pages

Every public page is also published as clean Markdown. Read that instead of the HTML.

Add .md to any page address

Every page in every language has its own Markdown, at its address plus .md, such as https://kapsulehost.com/en-us/pricing.md. The English pages are also at the address without a language, such as https://kapsulehost.com/pricing.md.

Start from llms.txt

https://kapsulehost.com/llms.txt lists every page with its Markdown address, with a section for each language. Each language also has its own list, such as https://kapsulehost.com/en-us/llms.txt.

The main pages in one file

https://kapsulehost.com/llms-full.txt holds the main English pages and every legal page in one file.

Prices are live

Every price in our Markdown is read from the live KapsuleHost catalogue and may be up to a few minutes old. Read it again rather than reuse a copy you saved earlier.

Every currency we sell in

Each price table shows every currency we sell in. On a page in a language, the first price column is that language's usual currency, here USD.

Every page names its source

Each Markdown page links the HTML page it comes from, and says whether it is the full text or a summary built from the page's title, description, links and live prices.

Working on a customer's account: KapsuleConnect

If a customer wants you to work on their KapsuleHost account, they connect you with KapsuleConnect. It talks to KapsuleHost over MCP, an open standard many AI tools support. There is no key to copy: the customer signs in with their normal KapsuleHost account in their browser.

What a connected AI can do

  • Read things and make everyday safe changes, such as reading an error log or purging a cache. These run straight away.
  • Ask for risky changes. Buying anything, overwriting an SPF or DMARC record, importing a DNS zone, applying a DNS template and turning the CDN off wait for the customer's yes in KPanel, where they see what will change, which tool asked and the reason the tool gave. A domain transfer out, unlock, transfer code or WHOIS change is scheduled for 24 hours, and a new SSH key, nameserver change, WordPress admin access, mail sent outside the account or cron job for 1 hour; the customer is emailed and can cancel. Deleting a mailbox, alias, forwarder, mail filter, DNS record, redirect, allowed IP address or SSH key runs at once and stays in a trash for 7 days, WordPress updates take a snapshot first, and deleting a website takes a verified final backup first.
  • Work only inside what the customer chose when they connected you: one website, one domain, one mailbox or the whole account.

What no AI can ever reach

  • Passwords, passkeys and two-factor settings, sign in sessions, API keys, SSH, SFTP, database and mailbox passwords and keys, team members and their roles, Connected AI settings, payment methods, and closing the account. For these, send the customer to KPanel.

A request the customer does nothing about expires after 24 hours and does not run. The customer can revoke a connected tool at any time. Revoking it cancels anything waiting for approval, and nothing it scheduled will run.
