Analytics टैब वह ट्रैफ़िक दिखाता है जो आपकी साइट edge पर actually serve करता है: request counts, bandwidth, cache hit ratio, visitor countries, और response codes। यह गाइड समझाती है कि ये नंबर क्या मतलब रखते हैं, इनमें क्या शामिल नहीं है, और यह टैब को CDN enable करने की जरूरत क्यों है।
KPanel में Analytics कहां है
- KPanel में साइन इन करें।

Traffic analytics को edge पर Kapsule CDN द्वारा collect किया जाता है। इसके दो नतीजे हैं जो आप एक भी नंबर पढ़ने से पहले समझ लें।
इस टैब के लिए CDN enable होना जरूरी है। अगर यह enable नहीं है, तो पेज CDN not enabled दिखाता है और एक बटन जो आपको साइट के Kapsule CDN टैब पर ले जाता है।
CDN को एक custom domain की जरूरत है। एक साइट जो अभी भी एक shared *.kapsulesites.com address पर है, CDN का उपयोग नहीं कर सकती, इसलिए यह edge analytics भी collect नहीं कर सकती। इस मामले में पेज Analytics needs a custom domain दिखाता है और साइट के Domains टैब के लिए एक लिंक।

एक Period चुनना
तीन बटन window select करते हैं: 7d, 30d, और 90d। पेज पर हर panel selection को follow करता है, इसलिए period बदलने से totals, daily chart, country breakdown, और response codes सब बदल जाते हैं।

Requests requests हैं, न कि visitors और न ही page views। एक single page load जो एक stylesheet, चार scripts, और एक दर्जन images खींचता है, वह एक page view है और मोटे तौर पर सत्रह requests। इस नंबर को एक script-based analytics tool से एक page-view figure के साथ compare मत करें और expect मत करें कि ये match करें।
Bandwidth वह है जो actually wire down गया, इसलिए यह compression और caching को reflect करता है। यह नंबर है जिसे आपको देखना चाहिए अगर आप large media serve करते हैं।

Daily Requests
Daily requests panel हर दिन के लिए एक bar draw करता है, period में सबसे busy दिन के खिलाफ scaled, दाईं ओर exact count के साथ।

Edge Locations
Edge locations panel top countries को bytes served से list करता है, आठ तक, हर एक को एक bar और इसके byte total के साथ।
यह requests के बजाय bandwidth में measure किया जाता है, इसलिए यह answer देता है "मेरा traffic कहां जा रहा है" न कि "सबसे ज्यादा कौन visits करता है"। एक country जो top के near है जिसका आपके business से कोई लेना देना नहीं है, investigation के लायक है: यह अक्सर scraping है।

Response Codes
Response codes panel responses को 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, और 5xx में group करता है, हर एक के साथ एक count।
- 2xx success है। इसे dominate करना चाहिए।
- 3xx redirects है। एक large share का मतलब redirect chain हो सकता है जो हर request को slow कर रहा है। Site Redirects check करें।

Data Export करना
पेज header में CSV पर क्लिक करें daily series download करने के लिए। फ़ाइल में चार columns हैं: date, requests, bytes में bandwidth, और cached bytes। इसका नाम analytics-<site>-<period>d.csv है।
बटन disabled है जब export करने के लिए कोई daily data नहीं है।
यह क्या नहीं है
Edge analytics infrastructure questions का जवाब देते हैं, marketing questions का नहीं। यह tab unique visitors, sessions, referrers, campaign attribution, bounce rate, या conversions report नहीं करता, और यह कर नहीं सकता, क्योंकि यह कभी भी visitor के browser में कुछ नहीं चलाता।
इसका upside यह है कि ad blockers या consent banners को कुछ नहीं खोता: हर request जो edge तक पहुंचा, counted है, bots, feeds, और API calls सहित। इस tab को load, bandwidth, cache efficiency, और error rates के लिए use करें। audience behaviour के लिए एक dedicated analytics product use करें, और expect करें कि दोनों disagree करेंगे।
Troubleshooting

इस period के लिए कोई data नहीं। या तो CDN हाल ही में enable किया गया है, या साइट के पास कोई traffic नहीं है। एक longer period try करें। CDN enable करने के बाद edge certificate issuance कुछ मिनट ले सकता है, और कुछ नहीं record होता जब तक traffic actually edge के through flow न करे।
Numbers मेरे analytics script से कहीं ज्यादा लगते हैं। Expected। Requests page views नहीं हैं, और bots यहां counted हैं लेकिन वहां आमतौर पर excluded हैं।
Cache hit ratio लगभग zero है। आपके responses शायद edge को बता रहे हैं कि उन्हें cache न करें। अपने application या एक plugin द्वारा set किए गए cache-control headers check करें, और confirm करें कि content genuinely cacheable है।
Analytics unavailable। Edge data पढ़ने में एक transient error। पेज header में refresh icon use करें, और अगर यह persist करता है, तो एक ticket खोलें।
