Kapsule Agents Overview
Kapsule Agents is a team of seven AI specialists inside KPanel that draft, plan and research for your business, and that can act on your Kapsule account once you confirm the change.
What Kapsule Agents Is
Agents sits in the main KPanel sidebar, between Apps and the server sections. Open it and you meet a roster of seven named experts. Each one has a defined job, a defined tone, and a defined set of things it is allowed to look at or change on your account.
They are AI assistants, and the product says so plainly on the welcome screen: "You are talking to an AI assistant." They draft, plan and answer. They do not quietly make changes.
Agents is visible to every account role, including Viewer and Billing. What an agent is allowed to do on your behalf still depends on your role, because every account change runs through the same permission checks as the rest of KPanel.
Meet the Team
| Expert | Role | What they are for |
|---|---|---|
| Mara | Business Advisor | Strategy, planning and pricing, grounded in your numbers |
| Thea | Creative Writer | Copy that sounds like you, from landing pages to newsletters |
| Sef | SEO Consultant | Keywords, on-page fixes and audits of your live site |
| Mila | Marketing Planner | Campaigns, calendars and launch plans that ship |
| Cora | Customer Comms | Replies, apologies and review responses in your voice |
| Ash | Sales and Outreach | Cold emails, scripts, proposals and quotes |
| Pip | Policy and Docs Assistant | Policies and documents, drafted carefully |
Each expert has its own conversation history, its own suggested starting questions, and its own shelf in the Skills library.
Pip drafts policies and terms, but every Pip deliverable ends with the same line: this is general information, not legal advice. A drafted privacy policy is a starting point for a professional to review, never a compliant document on its own.

What Agents Can Read on Your Account
The experts are not general chatbots with a hosting logo on top. Several of them can read real facts from your account so their advice is not guesswork:
- Mara reads your account overview, subscription status, plan limits and usage summary.
- Sef reads your list of sites, site health,
robots.txtand your sitemap. - Ash reads your subscription status, invoices and upcoming invoice.
- Thea, Mila, Cora and Pip work from the conversation and your business profile.
Reads change nothing, and reads are free: they cost zero credits. See How Agent Credits Work.
What Agents Can Change
A small, deliberate set of experts can propose a change, not make one. Sef and Mila can propose a single DNS record. Mila and Cora can propose creating a mailbox. Nothing else in the roster can write to your account.
When an expert proposes a change, you get a confirmation card showing the exact change and what it will cost in credits. Nothing is written until you tap Confirm. Until then the expert is instructed never to claim the action is done, only that it is ready for your review. An expert can put at most two changes in front of you in a single turn, so you are never handed a queue of pending decisions.
Agents and Kora Are Different Things
They are easy to confuse, so here is the split:
- Kora is the assistant in the floating panel, available on every KPanel page. It is your hosting operator: it answers "how do I", searches this help centre, and can perform a very wide range of account actions after a typed confirmation. See How Kora Works and Kora Actions and Approvals.
- Kapsule Agents is a destination in the sidebar. It is your business team: writing, marketing, SEO, sales, policy. It touches your account only at the narrow edges listed above.
Both are metered by the same credit balance, and a Kora read still costs nothing.
Skills: A Finished Result Instead of a Chat
If you know what you want but not how to brief it, use a Skill. A skill is a guided task: pick it, answer two or three plain questions, review the brief, and the expert delivers the finished piece. Skills are grouped by the expert who runs them, and the Skills page is linked from the Agents home page. See Using Agent Skills.
Connections: Letting Your Team Use Your Other Apps
Connections let an expert reach an app you already use, with your permission, separately from what it can do on your Kapsule account. Sign-in is handled by a certified integration partner, so an app password never touches Kapsule, and disconnecting cuts access straight away. See Connecting External Apps.
Getting Started
On first visit the Agents page offers a short welcome: three optional questions about your business name, what you sell, and how you want your team to sound. Answering them makes every draft sound more like you. You can skip all three and change them later.
Every account also gets a one-off gift of trial credits so you can try the team before deciding whether it earns its keep.

Where Your Work Lives
Every conversation is saved. The Recent conversations card on the Agents home page lists the last five with a Resume button, and a conversation picks up exactly where you left it, including any confirmation card still waiting on you.
Good Habits
Give the expert the real material. Paste the review you are replying to, the page you want audited, the numbers behind the pricing question. The guardrails stop the experts inventing facts about your business, which means a thin brief produces a thin, hedged answer rather than a confident wrong one.
If an expert says it does not know something about your account, that is working as designed: account facts come from tools only, and an expert with no tool for a question is instructed to say so and point you at where to check.
