- Can you move my existing site?
- Yes, on any plan, free. The tools copy the files, the database and the mailboxes while your current site keeps serving, and nothing switches until you approve it. Kora will run them with you, and for a complex or sensitive move a person can do the whole thing for a published price.
- What happens when the 30 days are up?
- Your plan simply begins, at the price shown on its card. You can change plan or stop any time from the panel.
- Do I get email with my own domain?
- Yes. Five mailboxes on Start, 25 on Pro, 100 on Scale, at 10 GB each. The DNS that makes mail deliver is written into your zone at setup.
- Can I move up a plan later?
- Any time, from the panel. Your site stays where it is and the new room appears.
- What if something goes wrong at two in the morning?
