- Point us at your app
Name the app you have already built. We fetch it and run it as it is, which is also why an app that runs somewhere else runs here unchanged.
- Give it a name
Whatever you call it among yourselves. That is what it will be called on the screen that lists everything running.
- Choose its address
Pick the word it answers on, and that becomes its web address under your host. The certificate is issued and renewed for you.
- Add its settings
The values your app needs when it starts, and a limit on how much of the machine it may take if you want one. Both can be changed later.

- Will my app run here exactly as it is?
- Yes. We run the app you already have, exactly as it is, so an app running on another platform today comes across unchanged. In practice you tell us where it is, what to call it, what address it answers on, and what settings it needs.
- Where does my app keep its data?
- In a database or in storage that lives outside the app itself, which is how every platform of this kind is built. That is what makes putting a new version up completely safe: the new one starts fresh and your data is exactly where you left it. Your machine's disk is there for the apps themselves and for anything you want to keep beside them.
- How many apps can I actually run?
- Five on Pod, twenty on Cluster and a hundred on Fleet. That is the number of apps, and the machine sizes above tell you how much processor, memory and disk they share between them.
- Can I move up later?
- Any time, from the panel. You pick the larger machine and your apps go across to it with their names and their addresses intact.
