Email client setup: IMAP, SMTP, and mobile
Settings for Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, and mobile.
Email server settings
Use these settings to configure any email client.
Incoming mail (IMAP)

Apple Mail (iOS / macOS)
- Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other
- Enter your name, email address, and password
- iOS will detect the settings automatically. If it fails, enter the IMAP and SMTP values above manually.
Outlook (Windows / Mac)
- File → Add Account
- Enter your email address and click Connect
- Choose IMAP and enter the settings above
Thunderbird
- Account Settings → Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Click Configure manually and enter the IMAP/SMTP values above
Gmail (import only)
Gmail can fetch mail from your KapsuleHost mailbox:
- Gmail Settings → Accounts and Import → Check mail from other accounts
- Enter your email address
- IMAP server: mail.kapsulehost.com, Port 993, SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
Webmail
Access your email from any browser at webmail.kapsulehost.com. Sign in with your email address and password.
