Your current host publishes both of them. Disk usage and bandwidth, or storage and transfer, usually on the front page of whatever panel they give you. Take last month's figure rather than an average.
If you are opening a shop rather than moving one, you have neither number and nobody could give them to you. Start on the smaller plan: you cannot be over a ceiling you have not reached yet.The two plans are the same product at two sizes and both hold one shop, so moving between them changes the ceiling and the bill and nothing else.
